Roasted Butternut Squash soup
This soup is a great make-ahead option, in fact it tastes even better the next day. Most of this soup’s flavour comes from the cooking method which starts with roasting the butternut squash

With a gorgonzola cream sauce & candied walnuts
Everyone loves a hearty plate of pasta on a chilly fall day
All natural french cut pork chop & portobello mushrooms, with an awesome marsala cream sauce. To "french" a bone means to cut the meat away from the end of a rib or chop, so that part of the bone is exposed. This adds to an elegant presentation. These chops are cut from the centre of the loin giving them supreme flavour and tenderness

Classic crème Brulee and a seasonal twist, with cinnamon allspice & nutmeg
CABOTTO’S COOKING CLASSES INFORMATION
Cabotto’s Cooking Classes provide an opportunity to develop culinary skills and master new recipes. Our chefs will demonstrate a variety of authentic Italian dishes while you sit back and enjoy the feast. Each class includes an antipasto, pasta, entrée, dessert, and featured wines that are paired with each course.
What is the Price?
1 Class - $75 per person (plus taxes, gratuity)
• each class includes a 4 course dinner (antipasto, pasta, entree, & dessert)(dishes are demonstrated & served)
• printed recipes for each guest
• wine sampling; 3 complimentary wines are served each class
• a full bar is available for purchasing glasses & bottles of wine during the class as well as a wide selection of cocktails, imported beer & much more....
Doors open at 6:00pm, class begins at 6:30pm. Classes usually run until 9:00pm-930pm

How is the Table setup & Seating?
• table is set in a U shape
• seating is first come first serve
• all classes are located on our second level.
Do You Provide Printed Recipes?
Yes, you get a set to take home so you can recreate the menu at home
Are the classes demonstrations or hands-on?
Demonstration classes only. The chef will demonstrate and talk about each dish in detail and give guests a firm grasp of basic cooking techniques. You will have a thorough understanding of essential Italian ingredients and how to best use them, and foolproof recipes to recreate for family and friends
Can I come if I have an allergy?
Yes! We are happy to accommodate vegetarians, gluten free, and most allergies. When you register, please let us know your requests and we will be sure to accommodate you as best as we can
How many people are in each class?
We typically have 25-30 people per class
Can I come alone? Or does everyone come as part of a couple?
Some people come alone, others with friends, boyfriends or girlfriends, family, or spouses. We always have a great mix of people in the class

PRIVATE COOKING PARTIES & TEAMBUILDING COOKING EVENTS
There's no better way to mark a special occasion - be it a corporate event, bridal shower, birthday or anniversary – than with food and friends all around. And if you're looking for an effective, fun way to bond with colleagues, a cooking party is an original team-building exercise. As team members learn essential culinary techniques and master new recipes, they also strengthen bonds and relationships in a fun, informal environment. We will create a tailor-made menu for your group and pair your menu with three fabulous wines. Every guest will receive a recipe packet so they can recreate the delicious menu at home. Private events are for 15 to 35 guests. Smaller groups are welcome as long as the minimum payment is met. Couples or very small groups: consider joining one of our cooking classes.
Make your culinary event even more memorable by purchasing handsome embroidered CABOTTO’S COOKING aprons as a special souvenir for guests. For very special occasions, we can even have your company logo, or a special message, embroidered on our Cabotto’s Cooking aprons for a truly personal touch. **Please allow 3 weeks for such a customization, minimum 15 aprons. We will pour everyone a glass of bubbly Prosecco upon arrival, kicking off the festivities in high style, and we'll serve five different finger foods Finger foods will include chef-prepared delicacies like crispy ravioli, ricotta cheese frittata, spicy tomato bruschetta, homemade focaccia, skewers & more.
