 First CourseItalian Style Crab cakeCrab cake recipe that combines crab meat with basil, smoked chipotle peppers, Italian style bread crumbs, and lightly seasoned before being pan fried to a delicate golden brown 

 Second CoursePappardella Con PiselliPappardella pasta with green peas, leeks, asiago & provolone cheeses in a creamy tomato sauce
 

Third Course Stuffed Veal GambinoRolled veal lightly breaded- stuffed with capocollo ham, mozzarella cheese & roasted red pepper- gorgonzola cream sauce

Dessert Italian Chocolate SouffléItalian dark chocolate soufflé with mango coulis
