Fettuccine pasta with roasted chicken- red, yellow & green peppers- mushroom- caramelized onions- cream sauce

Butternut squash agnolotti pasta with a brown butter & sage sauce- finished with parmigiano cheese & shaved almonds

FILET OF SOLE

Filet of sole stuffed with spinach & roasted red pepper in a lemon butter sauce

VITELLO ALLA GAMBINO

Rolled veal lightly breaded- stuffed with capocollo ham, provolone cheese & roasted red pepper- gorgonzola cream sauce

LINGUINE ARAGOSTA

Linguine pasta with a 3 oz lobster tail & black tiger shrimp- in a white wine cream sauce & a touch of chilies

NEW YORK STRIP LOIN (Add $10)

Certified Angus New York Strip 10 oz- topped with a sherry wine demi glace

CRÈME BRULEE

creamy custard, a hint of vanilla with a layer of caramelized sugar

CANOLLI

crispy pastry shell filled with a sweet ricotta mixture, orange zest & Belgium chocolate chips

ZUCCOTTO

white & dark chocolate cake with a dark chocolate ganache & toasted hazelnuts

TIRAMISU
